How do I place an order?

  2. Fill in all the required information and confirm the order

  3. Choose the payment method PayPal or Stripe (credit card as Visa/Master/American Express)

Does the price include tax or customs duties?

The prices displayed in our online store are tax-free, which means the customer may be liable to pay for duties and taxes upon receipt of the item(s). To avoid the import tax, we will ship the parcel without putting the invoice and declare as a low value gift items. Please keep in mind the import duties / tax are determined by the customs office in regards to the destination country. Therefore, the payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility on the recipient and will not be covered by TinyQ.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally by the providing service of Hong Kong Post Office as that provides the lowest cost (starting from USD 8.00 for the registered air mail services) but reliable delivery for our clients. The delivery dates and cost will be shown at the check out page. For other courier like UPS/DHL, please feel free to send us an email after placing the order and we will contact you for the additional cost of using those services. 


Returns & Refunds

  • Can I return or exchange sale items?
    Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of on sale products or products without original packaging for exchange.

 

  • How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
    We ask you make sure the item(s) are in their original packaging and send them within 10 days after receiving the items. Once the items are returned to us and processed, we’ll credit your account so that you can make a new purchase.

 

  • Do I have to pay for return?
    You only have to pay for the delivery cost for the return and there is no additional fee for it.


 
Do you have local retailers?

The local retailers do not corresponding to online returns. Besides, we strongly suggest our Hong Kong customers to shop at our official local retailers as the price on the online shops involves cost of the administration, store management fee and charges from the third party payment gateway (Paypal). In other words, the cost at the online shop will be a bit higher than the local shops. 

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes, we do accept international wholesale orders. If you are interested to become our wholesalers, please send us your company / shop profile to wholesale@TinyQ.com
